The Technology

Access to the University LIVE channel doesn’t require any additional equipment to be purchased or software downloaded to interact with the live broadcasts. All broadcasts can be viewed via browsers like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on existing laptops, PCs or via Safari on tablet devices.

The History

Since 2015, our channels have delivered over 2,000 live broadcasts and reached over 10 million people in schools, colleges and other educational institutions including Job Centre Plus. Over 9,000 institutions have also engaged with the on-demand video content with live interactive chat from employers.
